The final step happens in creative process is the CAD Design Stage. Once you approve the CAD design, it goes into production which most often includes casting, cleaning, pre-polishing, setting and then the final polishing.

This is the physical production phase of your custom made piece. After all of design elements are engineered to be mechanically sound and approved, your item is carefully printed into a wax model which is then used to make a plaster mold via lost wax casting. Molten metal is poured into the plaster and literally melts away the wax at extremely high temperatures. What remains in the precious metal rough casting that is then cleaned, pre-polished then meticulously set with the hand-picked, louped and carefully gauged gemstones.

This stage is where the finishing touches happen. After a quality control check, the piece gets sent to be polished, photographed, boxed and then shipped…to YOU!
